If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 3 days. Items returned after 3 days but before 30 days will be granted an exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in re-sellable condition. Orders can only be cancelled if the order has not already been fulfilled.
We will offer refunds on items that are damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are able to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with there local customs off to make sure there buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Premium Bass is not responsible confiscated goods or undeliverable goods. It is the BUYERS responsibility to make sure they enter the correct shipping address, Premium Bass is not responsible for undelivered packages due to wrong address.
If you need to return an item due to damage by shipper. please Email Us at email@example.com including a photo of the damage item. And we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
